1.They have a 5step skin regine (look on my previous question)

2.Their diet.

3.They usually wash their face with rice water, me too - makes your skin sooooo soft . (Left over water from washing rice on your face)

4.Home remedies.

5.Japanese have alot of skin treatments, especially women.

6.Very crucial about beauty. How do Japanese women care for their facial skin?
they are so healthy cause they're not eat junk foods and others and they always eat vegetables and fruits that keep their skin healthy...How do Japanese women care for their facial skin?
They use rice water.
our all saying rice water, its not just that but the fact that all they eat is rice.
By not exposing there skin to the sun and by not eating oily foods. In Japanese foods, they don't put oil.
They double cleanse. This means initially cleaning your skin with an oil (make sure that it's one specifically created for cleansing the skin) and then they follow up with a gentle cleanser. I do a version of that, with olive oil, and it really works well for me. Initially you may get a pimple or two, but it's just your skin reacting to a change, after about a week, your skin should be soft, clear, and glowing.
They drink lots of water, eat fruits, get nutrients, use what natural homemade beauty recipes.
They use rice wine.
im only half japanese and they say that i really have good features...i just wash it without soap becuase soap contain ingredients harsh for face since it's very soft moreover i think it's better than using artificial cleanser...
